Gorgeous gold toned art deco revival brooch, made in the form of a jagged edge spiral shape.
The spiral shape joins from one end to the other, so is like an infinite spiral. There is subtle black colouring on the edges of the brooch to give the edges more prominence and shape. It is a statement piece that will look elegant with any outfit.
Designer markings and hallmarks
There are no maker markings on this brooch. it is unsigned.
This brooch is secured with a clasp called the C-Clasp. The C-Clasp was made predominantly between 1890-1910 but was also used by some jewellers after that time, to about mid last century.
This brooch hails from the 1950s, which means it is over 60 years old, yet looks brand new and this is due to the care that the jewellery artisans had early to mid last century, when making even mass produced jewellery. Enjoy a pre-loved item that no-one else will own and bring less waste to the planet.
