This beautiful, stunning and unique bracelet is handmade in the shape of a snake. The scales are painted in a variety of colours ranging from red, black, green and grey. The snake has eyes that have been indented into the acrylic varnish on the head and the underside, which faces your wrist and shows the transfer of the scales and colours bleeding through. The painting of the scales is done beautifully. It really is a work of art.

Paper maché

This bracelet has been made from paper mache. Once it sets and dries, it was painted with the colours and scales then thick, clear acrylic has been added to the outside of the paper mache once it has dried. This results in a really strong material, that is just like wood. While it is strong, it is somewhat a delicate piece, so care must be taken when wearing it.
