More info

Florenza jewellery

Florenza signed jewellery was produced in the USA by designer Dan Kasoff, starting in 1949/1950. Florenza was used as it was a derivation of the designer's mother's name - Florence. Florenza produced wonderful Victorian revival examples in their ornate jewellery. The Florenza name in block letters in a square with a copyright symbol was used from around 1955 onwards.

Condition

It is in excellent vintage condition with some minor tarnish on the faux seeded pearls. The gold tone is still in perfect condition, as are the faux jade stones. It has 2 seeded pearls on diamond shaped backgrounds as one link, then the next link is an oval faux jade piece, followed by another faux seeded pearl link. The bracelet has 4 faux jade links and 5 faux pearl links. Each jade oval is open at the back, to let light through. It is ornate cut and in excellent condition for such a vintage item.
